WELCOME TO THE ROLLING THUNDER® FLORIDA CHAPTER 3 WEBSITE
There are many things to discover on this site, and we continue to update it on a regular basis.
If you would like more information about our organization, or you would like to make a presentation to the membership, please let us know at (352) 538-3548, or you can simply fill out the contact form from the main menu tab "Contact" above.
Each main menu tab may also have sub-menus because there is a lot of information available on different pages, so don't forget to take a look at each of the submenus.
If you think you would like to join our organization, then you need to know that you do not need to ride a motorcycle to be a member. Our membership is balanced between men and women, riders and non-riders, veterans and non-veterans.
All that is required is a commitment to honor our veterans, past and present, and promote our cause of bringing home the 40,000+ still missing from previous wars on foreign soil, while defending our freedoms, and be of good character.

The Ride For Freedom is an annual event, held each Memorial Day Weekend. It begins on Friday with the traditional Gold Star Mothers dinner, and the Flame of Freedom evening vigil. Formally held and hosted by Rolling Thunder® National in Washington D.C. Now however, each state or region holds its own event, and this year the Chapter Presidents chose Chapter 1 to host it.
The purpose of the ride is to bring awareness of the current Prisoner of War(s) and those who are still missing from previous wars and conflicts. The government is doing what they can with the resources they have, but it takes way to long to search for and identify remains. They need to do more! Come join us and the six other Chapters in Florida as they come together in Merritt Island for this meaningful event. |
